- 2 cups chopped up Broccoli
- 2 cups chopped up Cauliflower
- 1/2 sliced Red Onion
- 1 cup Mandarin Oranges (drained)
- 1 cup dried Cranberries
- 1 cup cooked Bacon (shredded or pieces)
- 1 cup sliced almonds ( to be added just before serving salad)
